Security demo case
As a regular supplier of accessories for their security camera products, we were excited to be approached by Hanwha Vision to design and produce this custom display case to support their travelling sales personnel.
The portable demo kit incorporates a range of Hanwha’s products whilst demonstrating their integration and functionality, including a tiny door that springs open to illustrate magnetic solenoid locking.
Driven from an embedded PC, the various security measures divided across the case interact to illustrate a building with Hanwha Vision’s range of security measures installed. All components function as they would in reality and in addition to the functioning door, the case also features emergency exits and break glass buttons.
Alongside the PC peripherals supplied with the case, a host of connectivity options are built into the exterior faces, meaning sales personnel can quickly plug into a display and show off the full range of features of the various hardware and software systems.
Built into a rugged flight case, the system is integrated, robust and easy to use when on the road.
Utilising our in-house production cell, we were able to realise the concept from design to manufacture, fabricating bespoke parts to accelerate delivery and streamline cost.
