INTERNSHIP 2026/27

We’re looking for an enthusiastic undergraduate student to join us for a 12 month paid placement across 2026/27 on site here in Windsor.

About the role

As a team of designers, engineers and modelmakers with a broad portfolio of clients, there are many areas that you’ll be able to contribute and learn. The role is both challenging and exciting and no two days are ever the same. The position is for you to make your own – and whilst we won't hold your hand, we are always happy to help guide you in the right direction.

Our interns work alongside a diverse range of colleagues, assisting with real-world projects, before tackling independently-lead work from client liaison to project execution and delivery.

About you

  • Positive, collaborative attitude

  • Ability to work independently or in a team and across multiple projects

  • A curiosity to understand different users / consumers

  • Ready to learn new skills / hardware / software on the job

  • Comfortable contributing ideas within the team

  • Presentation of ideas in a clear, concise and engaging manner

  • Analytical approach to what might make something useful / successful / appropriate

  • Sketching and concept visualisation (traditional and digital)

  • Passion for physical modelmaking and prototyping

  • 3D CAD and rendering experience
